Currently alot of games out there that have periodic updates, tend to put forward a "Preview Announcement" prior to an update, showcasing/previewing the main highlights of the next patch.

 

When the patch is implemented, a detailed Change Log or Patch Notes will then be posted/released.

 

The recent post made about the introduction of the tournament system is a perfect example

This is an excellent move as it keeps the players excited and gives them things to anticipate instead of just blindly waiting for something to happen in the next update.

 

Not only just giving a preview of the next update, we could be given a timeline to roughly know when we can expect to see the stuff being updated in the game 

 

I hope we can see more of such announcement in the future.

I guess the announcement should be made a little closer to the date of the update..The waiting gets a little tedious sometimes..

I suppose it would be nice knowing about all the little, and big projects coming our way - new zones, game changes, other projects and upcoming events... you name it

We do get to know about it..We just don't know when..Hence the suggestion that we get to know that too, so we know when our updates are coming..
